Monthly Report - February 2026

šŸŽ‰ A Month of Celebration and Growth

February was a month full of celebration, creativity, and continued learning in our community.

šŸ«” Candlemas Day

We began by celebrating Candlemas Day, thanks to the generous donation of tamales from Manantial, allowing families and children to enjoy this meaningful tradition together.

šŸ’– Valentine’s Day Activities

For Valentine’s Day, children participated in a fun rally of educational activities, accompanied by snacks and cake. It was a joyful day that encouraged teamwork, creativity, and friendship.

šŸŽ Workshops and New Skills

This month, we launched a Mojigangas Workshop led by artist Erick Mendoza, where participants began learning the traditional craft of creating these vibrant festival puppets. Additionally, Panina led a special cookie workshop, giving children the opportunity to explore baking in a fun and creative way.

šŸ“š Community Participation

We were proud to participate in the San Miguel Writers’ and Literature Festival, where we sold handmade products created by our students, showcasing their creativity and supporting their work.

šŸ’œ Women’s Emotional Wellness

Another important moment was the workshop ā€œWomen Healing Wounds of the Heart,ā€ a space dedicated to reflection, support, and emotional healing for women in our community.

⚽ Ongoing Programs

Alongside these activities, our regular programs continued, including academic tutoring, art classes, soccer, computer classes, and other initiatives that support the development and well-being of our children and families.

February reminded us of the importance of community, connection, and growth. Through each activity, workshop, and shared moment, we continue strengthening the bonds that make our work meaningful. Thank you for being part of this journey and for supporting the development and well-being of our children and families.
